Supporting a child with OCD

Service Description

Did you recently get a diagnosis for your child, or perhaps you are seeing symptoms that are OCD related? Are you lost at how to support your child? Let me help you with this four session course to obtain the knowledge and tangible skills to put into action. Session one is a get to know you session where I better understand the family and what needs are present. Session two we dive into the education of OCD and grow in our understanding of it. Session three we create an accommodation reduction plan for parents to have a blueprint of where to go. Our final fourth session is for additional support and long term goal making.
